This is a rendition of my favorite morning coffee drink with an autumn spice- nostalgic of cozy coffee shop drinks. i drink my everyday bulletproof latte for that frothy coffee experience with a protein double punch and brain-boosting healthy fats. this version makes your morning so much cozier.

my daily protein bulletproof latte is a favorite for a reason. in a high-speed blender, you simply blend up your hot morning coffee with a few ingredients and it emulsifies into a creamy dreamy coffee drink without creamers full of junk and chemicals. For this recipe, I added a big protein boost. you can use your favorite protein powder and collagen, (my picks together yield a whopping 38 grams of protein).
although I love pumpkin, I wanted to make a fall version that focused on pure maple syrup with a bit of whimsy with pumpkin pie spice. it’s usually a combination of warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and mace. What else does sweet need? that’s right, it’s salt. flaky sea salt or mineral salt is a dream paired with the maple in this bulletproof. it almost gives it a caramel-type note and it’s sure to please.

- hot brewed coffee: we use organic and mold-free coffee beans that we grind at home.

Salted Maple Bulletproof Protein Latte
Ingredients
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 serving powdered collagen of choice
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon pastured salted butter
- 1 Tablespoon mct coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt or mineral salt
- 2 cups *piping hot* organic coffee brewed with filtered water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except coffee in a high speed blender.
- Slowly pour in your hot coffee, place the lid on tight, and blend, beginning on low, then slowly turning up to medium high for 30-45 seconds until frothy and mixture has emulsified. Pour into mug or thermos and sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
