We all say we’d die for our children. But the more We all say we’d die for our children. But the more difficult choice is deciding to live well for them… Every meal is a decision. The food on our plates is either working to protect us or slowly working against us (and our kids are watching how we treat and speak about our own bodies long before they can articulate it). I’m not talking about perfection and part of life is doing what makes us feel happy and free and boosts nostalgia… but I’m talking about the small, repeatable choices that add up: real ingredients, meals that steady your energy instead of spiking it, showing up for yourself the way you’d show up for them.
