Do we need a reel about this one? My 4YO gobbles it down. 🍫Paleo Chocolate Orange Cupcake- on my website! 🌮Leftover Pot Roast Tacos- shred up any leftover pot roast for an easy taco night. Fresh guacamole is a must! 🍊Homemade Cranberry Sauce- I love extra minced ginger, tons of orange juice/zest, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and coconut sugar in my version. 🍝Leftover Bolognese with GF Penne and an Apple Avocado Salad. Why is bolognese so much better the next day?! 🥔Cal’s Meatloaf with Smashed Sage Potatoes- this is the most epic meatloaf recipe ever- you can find it in my first eBook on my website. 🥙Easy Ground Beef Stir Fry with Green Beans & Cashews- should I write up a recipe for this? 🥗Hot Dog Salad- after baking all day, I certainly wasn’t cooking. So, broiled @applegate hot dogs with organic greens, apples, avocado and @tessemaes ranch it was. Yum. 🎃GF/DF Pumpkin Pie from local @peoples_rx and @blissfulbuns_atx with fresh nutmeg. So yum! 🥪Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich- messy and absolutely delish served on @baseculture grain-free bread. 🌈Grain-Free Protein Brownies with Dye-Free Sprinkles-I used the @simplemills Almond Flour Brownie Mix with two scoops of @just.ingredients Chocolate Protein with some dye-free sprinkles. 🥬Paleo Copycat P. F. Changs Lettuce Wraps- the recipe from @40aprons is similar to what I did- I used organic ground turkey. 🍊Chocolate Orange Bulletproof Latte- I add in this insane seasonal Chocolate Orange Protein Powder from @just.ingredients to my Salted Maple Bulletproof Latte recipe and it’s amazing. Gluten-Free Peppermint Brownie Bites- dropping this week✨ Brown Butter Banana Chocolate Chunk Loaves (GF/grain-free/sweetened naturally)- I tripled the Paleo Banana Bread Recipe from @downshiftology and browned my butter, added roughly chopped @enjoylifefoods chocolate chunks and omitted the banana garnish for more chocolate chunks and dye-free @gosupernatural Christmas sprinkles. RECIPE/how👇🏻 Christmas Sugar Cookies- but let’s m RECIPE/how👇🏻 Christmas Sugar Cookies- but let’s make them more nourishing🌈 There is so much pressure in both the wellness and the mom world especially during Christmas. I’m here to make your life a little easier with a Christmas Sugar Cookie line up complete with a paleo recipe that worked great for us as well as my rundown on a refined sugar-free icing with dye-free colors and sprinkles. 🍪Cookie Recipe: Easy Paleo Sugar Cookie recipe from @erinliveswhole. I doubled the recipe and divided them into equal mounds in plastic wrap to chill the 30 minutes as designated in her recipe. 🧑‍🍳Pro tip: shape the dough into a rectangle before chilling so it’s easier to roll out afterwards. 🤍Icing Recipe: I doubled the icing recipe from the same cookie recipe but subbed @lakanto Monkfruit powdered sugar instead. I also added a splash of vanilla extract. This powdered sugar is sweeter than “normal” so I used less. Next, I divided the icing within 5 small ramekins and mixed each color. Light blue, purple, light green, dark green and pink with the @watkins.1868 Food Coloring set with No Artificial Dyes. Sprinkles included: @gosupernatural “Into the Woods” @gosupernatural “Christmas Softies” @gosupernatural Crystal Clear Twinkles @watkins.1868 Red Decorating Sugar with no artificial dyes @watkins.1868 Green Decorating Sugar with no artificial dyes I hope you try and love these!
