Salted Maple Bulletproof Protein Latte
This Salted Maple Bulletproof Protein Latte is the perfect fall coffee drink with a protein double punch and brain-boosting healthy fats.
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 serving powdered collagen of choice
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon pastured salted butter
- 1 teaspoon mct coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt or mineral salt
- 2 cups *piping hot* organic coffee brewed with filtered water
Add all ingredients except coffee in a high speed stainless blender or tall stainless saucepan.
Slowly pour in your hot coffee to stainless blender with the lid on tightly or in a stainless vessel. Blend for 30-45 seconds until very frothy and mixture has emulsified.
Carefully pour into mugs or thermos and sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
