Hi, I’m Callie-  a classically trained chef, former chef proprietor and gluten-free recipe developer who believes deeply that food is medicine.

For over a decade, I built my career around that belief. After culinary school, I founded and ran three organic food businesses in Fort Worth, where I cooked for thousands of personal chef clients with real health goals- autoimmune conditions, blood sugar issues, food sensitivities, families just trying to eat better. I learned what works in real kitchens for real bodies, not just what looks pretty on a plate.

Then I got the diagnosis that made it personal: Hashimoto’s. I went deep into the research, used my training to overhaul how I cooked for myself, and reversed my blood work through diet and lifestyle. That experience didn’t change what I believed about food- it confirmed it.

Today, I create seasonal, gluten-free, blood-sugar-friendly recipes from a chef’s lens. Kid-approved, family-tested, and built to deliver restaurant-quality flavor in a home kitchen- because nourishing food should taste like something you’d actually order out. Every recipe here is something I’d cook for a client, my son, or myself, which is to say, all of the above.

I’m based in Austin, where I’m raising a curious 5-year-old who knows “protein first” before we have a sweet treat. I’m so happy to have you here!

My platform is rooted in the belief that food is medicine- a belief I lived firsthand when I reversed my own Hashimoto’s through diet and lifestyle.
