Valentine’s Day is around the corner and I’m always looking for more nourishing options to make for my son. this healthier valentine’s snack mix utilizes some of our fave gluten-free and grain-free snacks. it’s drenched with white chocolate, a hug pop of fresh strawberry and dye-free candies. just *try* to stop eating this delicious snack!
the inspiration:
ultraprocessed foods can oftentimes be marketed straight to kids- but contain ingredients full of chemicals and dyes. We personally try to avoid these ingredients as they disrupt their little brains to healthily grow. I decided to put together some cleaner ingredient snacks to provide an option that’s just as delicious and nostalgic, but has less of an impact on his toxic burden. I hope you try this one out. let me know if you add any other of your fave snack mix-ins!
