“Fancied Up” Frozen Pizza

last minute guests heading over for dinner? we always keep our favorite frozen pizzas stocked in the freezer- we used the spinach & caramelized onion and the uncured pepperoni pizzas from cappellos and then we, “fancy them up,” with additional toppings and bake according to package directions!

front pie: cappellos spinach & caramelized onion pizza with salami, boursin cheese, black italian truffle salt, fresh organic pear, local honey & crushed red pepper flakes.

back pie: cappellos uncured pepperoni pizza with pepperjack cheese, shaved jalapeños, red onion, drizzle of brightland olive oil.

serve with a delicious salad and you have a restaurant-quality meal ready in under 30 minutes. the perfect crowd-pleaser! how would you “fancy up” your pizza?
