…a few of my favorite things…pt II

I’ve decided to share, “a few of my favorite things,” once or twice a month and my first few favorites are items I consume or use topically regularly. These aren’t sponsored- I just love them but i promise to let you know if anything is ever sponsored, of course.

the perfect sweet treat

I’ve never really been one with a sweet tooth- or a yogurt person for that matter, but I’ve completely fallen in love with Culina yogurt– especially this mango orange blossom flavor. It’s made with clean ingredients, is thick and luscious and also dairy-free. For a decadent treat, top with a sprinkling of my fave chocolate-covered cashew “hunks.” it’s a divine snack with a classic chocolate-orange flavor profile and it’s full of healthy fats to help fuel your body.

earth-friendly food storage bags

contributing in taking care of our earth is high on my priority list and also high on my list to teach my son. I’ve been collecting these silicone food storage bags from stasher for years and we use them multiple times a day, every single day for packed snacks, meals and food storage. you can even run them in the top level of your dishwasher! sign up for their newsletter to be the first to know about big sales several times a year.

a clean ingredient fine fragrance

did you know that toxins in everyday fragrances, makeup and cleaning products are now considered the, “new secondhand smoke.” This means most fine fragrances contain synthetic and potentially carcinogenic ingredients and are imperative for me to avoid. my mom and I discovered Henry Rose a few years ago- the first ever 100% transparent fine fragrance made with clean ingredients. they are luxurious, multi-faceted and long-wearing. My personal favorite scents are torn and queens & monstersnew body sprays are a new offering for the summer, as well!
