I’ve decided to share, “a few of my favorite things,” once or twice a month and my first few favorites are items I consume or use topically regularly. These aren’t sponsored- I just love them but i promise to let you know if anything is ever sponsored, of course. 

botanical skincare

christina jett of the amazing christina jett skin provides unique holistic facials that are tailored to every single client. She introduced me to this brand and I’ll forever feel thankful for the skincare purge! My skin has never looked better after a long history of teenage acne and eczema.

I’ve battled with inflammation the last six years of my life and I’ve found staying satiated with a daily array of healthy fats helps keep my inflammation down and my body nourished. My daily high fat favorites include wild-caught salmon, almond butter, mct coconut oil, sea salted cashews, and high quality olive oils.

clean electrolytes

While pregnant, my naturopath recommended an extra dose of hydration with the addition of potassium, magnesium and quality salt from drink lmnt. These electrolyte packets are fabulous-tasting and made with clean ingredients. I’ve continued using them now two years later. My favorite flavor is the grapefruit salt followed with a tie between the citrus and orange salt. Mix one packet in a large insulated cup with filtered water over ice and enjoy!
