For most of my life, I thought strength looked like holding it all together. The past several years reframed that story for me.

Closing the businesses I poured my heart into.
Losing my dad.
Moving back to my hometown.
Unexpected infertility. 
Becoming a mom who’s trying to break cycles instead of repeat them.

Somewhere in the middle of the grief and rebuilding, I realized something…the woman I’m becoming is someone I desperately needed several years ago…

Someone who listens to her body.
Who eats in a way that actually nourishes her.
Who protects her peace.
Who feels her feelings instead of numbing them.
Who walks outside, lifts heavy things, cooks real food, and puts her son to bed knowing he feels safe to be exactly who he is🤍

If you’re in a season of rebuilding too- just keep going. Sometimes the most beautiful version of your life is the one you had to grow into🤍 And we are always growing & learning!!!
