This was the top autumn seller at my organic grab & go shop: Harvest Quinoa Pilaf🍎🍠🍁

It’s a cross between a grain salad, a side dish and a stuffing- or just simply a delicious snack.

Soft & fluffy quinoa is drenched in a mouthwatering Apple Maple Vinaigrette then tossed with warm roasted apples and sweet potatoes.

Dried cranberries, pecans and pumpkin seeds add sweetness, salt and crunch.

October Lunchbox Roundup🥪🍎🧃

Here’s a roundup of some of my son’s fave lunchbox options lately- he’s 3.5 years old. I try to prioritize protein, fiber, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates along with all foods made from real foods.

As a family, we avoid food dyes, refined sugar and HCFS and we choose single ingredient foods or packaged foods made from all real food ingredients. My son has been a bit more selective since turning 3, so I’ve been needing to get a bit more creative. For example, he used to love turkey sandwiches and now he’s not into them😅
