My Peppermint Mocha Protein Bulletproof Latte is the perfect festive holiday drink full of protein and healthy fats.

Slow cooker recipes are great for summer heat, but if everything is soft, nothing stands out. Add a crunchy raw vegetable slaw, crispy garnish or fill in crispy tacos for texture. 

You’re adding garlic too early and burning it every time.

Your iced coffee is bitter because you’re brewing hot coffee and pouring it over ice. Cold brew or nothing.

Cinnamon Raisin Toast from @baseculture (clean ingredients + high fiber)
Organic seasonal fruit (loving cherry & stone fruit szn)

Lunches:
GF Local Egg Salad Sandwiches with Marinated Cucumber Salad & Seasonal Fruit
Snacking Plate with Organic Cantaloupe & Salami (coming soon!)

Dinner:
Organic Pastured Hot Dogs with Slaw
Thai Beef Burgers with Cucumber Salad (coming soon!)

Sweets:
Viral 2-ingredient Cherry Chocolate Cobbler (in my feed)
Raspberry Peach Frangipane Cobbler with Honey-Sweetened Ice Cream (coming soon!)

Salted Vanilla Bean Protein Latte (serves 1-2)
2 cups organic & mold-free purity coffee, freshly brewed
1 scoop French vanilla protein powder @justingredients
1 scoop collagen
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/4 teaspoon flaky salt

Add all ingredients in a stainless blender or saucepan with high sides. Blend carefully in the blender or with an immersion blender until frothy. Serve topped with freshly-grated nutmeg or Ceylon cinnamon.
