My Peppermint Mocha Protein Bulletproof Latte is the perfect festive holiday drink full of protein and healthy fats.

Y’all know I can’t leave a too simple recipe alone😜 Rating- 8/10 pretty good for a viral recipe and would def make again.

I tossed a couple cups of organic frozen cherries with a spoonful of arrowroot and generous spoonful of vanilla bean paste. Mix well, spoon into small 4 oz ramekins and top with a frozen @cappellos GF chocolate chip cookie. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min until lightly browned. Let cool a few minutes before enjoying!🍪🍒

I used GF & grain-free brownie mix from @simplemills honey-sweetened @icecreamforbears vanilla & chocolate ice cream, dye-free sprinkles, fresh cherries & TX peaches because you deserve a treat that loves you back🍒🍧🍫 Would you try this ice cream sundae?

Little did I know that the wine was actually making my anxiety and brain fog even worse and raised my risk for disease. What I do now👇🏻

🌅Step outside barefoot and watch the sunset- grounding my nervous system instead of numbing it.

🧁Bake a sweet & nourishing treat with my 5YO.

☕️Make a bone broth hot chocolate or sleepy mocktail- something to sip that still feels ritualistic.

🧖‍♀️Take a hot shower with eucalyptus and put on cozy lounge clothes.

🧘🏼‍♀️Do a few minutes of gua sha and red light therapy on my neck and lower back for relaxation.

📖Journal what I’m grateful for.

💤Go to bed early and wake up clear-headed (the kind of energy no wine could ever give).

I don’t miss the glass of wine. I love who I’ve become without it.
