Up until two years ago, I drank to unwind and what Up until two years ago, I drank to unwind and what I thought was decompressing…

Little did I know that the wine was actually making my anxiety and brain fog even worse. What I do now👇🏻

🌅Step outside barefoot and watch the sunset- grounding my nervous system instead of numbing it.

🧁Bake a sweet & nourishing treat with my 4YO.

☕️Make a bone broth hot chocolate or sleepy mocktail- something to sip that still feels ritualistic.

🧖‍♀️Take a hot shower with eucalyptus and put on cozy lounge clothes.

🧘🏼‍♀️Do a few minutes of gua sha and red light therapy on my neck and lower back for relaxation.

📖Journal what I’m grateful for.

💤Go to bed early and wake up clear-headed- the kind of energy no wine could ever give.

I don’t miss the glass of wine. I love who I’ve become without it.
