We all say we’d die for our children. But the more We all say we’d die for our children. But the more difficult choice is deciding to live well for them…

Every meal is a decision. The food on our plates is either working to protect us or slowly working against us (and our kids are watching how we treat and speak about our own bodies long before they can articulate it).

I’m not talking about perfection and part of life is doing what makes us feel happy and free and boosts nostalgia… but I’m talking about the small, repeatable choices that add up: real ingredients, meals that steady your energy instead of spiking it, showing up for yourself the way you’d show up for them.

Save this as your reminder🫶🏻
Frozen veggies > sad fresh ones you forget about. Frozen veggies > sad fresh ones you forget about. They’re already chopped, flash-frozen and nutritionally solid.

Cook *half* of the nights you normally cook and *double* the batch. Doubled chicken fajitas can serve as fajita bowls the first night and chicken fajita quesadillas the second night.

Breakfast for dinner counts. Eggs, toast, fruit, avocado and done.

Sheet-pan dinners save sanity. One pan, high heat, protein + veg + fat = dinner.

Cook once, season twice. Make a plain base protein and flavor it differently for leftovers.

Make the time to meal prep at least *one thing* on the weekends. You can build up as you get in the habit and see how much it improves your week✨

The freezer is your future self’s best friend. Double recipes and freeze half immediately.

Give yourself some grace- being a mom is the most challenging job *ever* and you deserve smoother, less stressful and nourishing weeks🫶🏻💖
