“Fancied Up” Frozen Pizza

Having guests over this weekend? Entertaining is so *easy* when you **fancy up** your favorite frozen pizzas!

There were years in my 20s and 30s that the though There were years in my 20s and 30s that the thought of no alcohol over the holidays was laughable because I was so reliant on it. 

But then, I found out that alcohol mimics relaxation at first…then sends your nervous system into overdrive. It spikes cortisol, disrupts your sleep cycles and makes your already-high mental load feel even heavier.

During the holidays when you’re juggling magic-making, extra planning and overstimulation…your body deserves steady calm, not artificial highs and next-day crashes.

Your December will feel shockingly lighter when your peace is non-negotiable✨

I am not even a fruit cake person but these are am I am not even a fruit cake person but these are amazing: plus they are GF, semi-homemade and have such a great flavor profile🍍🍑🍒

RECIPE👇🏻❤️🎄 Line a sheet pan with parchment paper RECIPE👇🏻❤️🎄

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Line with an even layer of crackers from a box of @simplemills Rosemary Crackers.

In a small saucepan, melt together two sticks of @vitalfarms salted butter (1 cup) with 1/2 cup coconut sugar. Let cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until bubbling and thickened. 

Pour mixture atop crackers and spread with a spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes. 

Immediately sprinkle a bag of @lilys_sweets dark chocolate chips atop. Let sit 1-2 minutes then spread all across. 

Sprinkle atop dye-free Christmas sprinkles then freeze for 2-3 hours. 

Break into shards or cut into pieces and enjoy! #vitalfarmsvff
