I’m always striving to balance my high cortisol while regulating blood sugar and prioritizing protein and real foods. Oh yeah, eating for my hormones too🤭

7am:
Warm Lemon Water while I do my @lumeboxpro red light therapy.
Pastured Scrambled @vitalfarms Eggs cooked in Pastured Browned Butter
My Protein Bulletproof Latte with mold-free @purity_coffee (on my site)
Supplements & filtered water with @just.ingredients electrolytes.

I also warmed up some grain-free @simplemills pancakes for my son with almond butter, honey & pastured eggs with blueberries.

11:30am: Jalapeño @chomps Bar with Raw Cashews & 1/2 a red pear.

1pm:
Leftover Turkey Veggie Chili with Kidney Beans and Grain-Free “Cornbread” Muffins from @unboundwellness.

6pm:
Slow-Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast from @jam_jar_kitchen- I added veggies and apples because I love sweet & savory.

7:30pm:
Adaptogen Hot Chocolate with @wearerasa Deep Dream Cacao and @paleovalley Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder with @threetreesfoods almond milk.
