Intuitive Self Care- My 2023 Goal

We are all dealing with something.

  • past trauma
  • old wounds still open
  • the toxic pressure of “keeping up with the Joneses”
  • loved ones in illl health
  • postpartum anxiety
  • daily sleep deprivation
  • 24/7 small business owner
  • working with your spouse
  • finding ways to speak your truth even if it’s uncomfortable

Sometimes it’s one thing- other times it’s *ALL* of the things and that’s the season I’ve been in for a long while. Most days are survival mode lately but I made it a point to have this weekend be focused on self care.

Some items I already do daily. Others, more seldom.

HYDRATE

filtered water, fresh citrus and my favorite salt electrolytes

SUPPLEMENT

With hashimotos, postpartum anxiety and adrenals out of whack, I fill in the gaps where I need some help with high quality supplements recommended by my naturopath Maribel from fullscript

BREAK AWAY

A fancy lavender latte in solitude before running errands at Righteous Foods

DETOX

An ionic foot detox in a dreamy environment at Restore & revive– it Looks like my lymphatic system needs some extra TLC!

PERFORM

Visiting our storefront at meyer & sage to connect and knock out some computer work with positivity!

SIMPLIFY

January deep cleaning- a few of my favorite things nestled in the kitchen nook: brightland olive oils, salts from Austin’s confituras, match cloche from skeem designs

NOURISH

Slow cooking calms me- even the simplest organic fruit, avocado salad, pastured vital farms eggs & base culture toast to nourish my body.

CONNECT

Rocking my baby boy back to sleep after a short nap And then a sun-drenched outing with my little family

INDULGE

INDULGE The best little treats ever with ZERO questionable ingredients- it’s a vibe.
