GF Honey BBQ Burgers: I made simple pastured beef burgers and topped them with raw cheese, a simple Honey BBQ Sauce with clean @getsidedish BBQ, more crispy shallots, pickled jalapeños, GF bun and a big avocado salad. 

Marry Me Chicken & Orzo with @cappellos GF Ciabatta: Chicken recipe from @kalejunkie 

Mustard Salmon with Crispy Shallots & Cauliflower Puree called Clayton’s Salmon from @thedefineddish is one of my fave ways to eat salmon. 

Sleepy Bone Broth Hot Chocolate: I warm @malkorganics coconut milk and whisk in @wearerasa Deep Dream Cacao with @just.ingredients Mint Chocolate Bone Broth Protein powder for the perfect functional nightcap. 

Moroccan Braised Chicken with Apricots: on my site!

Classic Picadillo: I used the Summertime Beef Piccadillo recipe (on my site, omitted summer squash) and served with a simple avocado arugula salad. 

Slow Cooker Beef Stew Pizzaiola: one of my favorite meals of the month from @haileecatalano 

Loaded Turkey Sandwich: I use a clean ingredient and high fiber sourdough bread from @baseculture and serve sandwiches with a fiber & protein-rich side like Texas Caviar. 

Loaded Bulletproof Coffee: a daily staple of mine boasting 38 grams of protein with grass-finished collagen, @just.ingredients protein powder and clean, mold-free @purity_coffee. 

Baked Chili with GF Cheddar Biscuit: I made a simple pastured beef & black bean chili then sliced unbaked  @cappellos GF cheddar chive biscuits horizontally and baked everything together. 

Paleo Lemon Chicken with Cashews: inspired by @paleorunningmomma’s recipe and I also added raw cashews and French string beans for veggies & fiber.
