Blood Orange Adrenal Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blood orange juice freshly squeezed (the juice of approximately 3-4 blood oranges)
- 2 tablespoons collagen
- 2 tablespoons full fat unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or pink himalayan salt
Instructions
- combine all ingredients in a mason jar or blender. blend or shake vigorously, until frothy.
- serve over ice in a pretty glass garnished with a blood orange round.
