These Pecan-Crusted Chicken Cutlets with a Warm Pear Salad is the perfect autumn chicken dish to add to your recipe repertoire.

For me, it all started after losing my dad 3 years For me, it all started after losing my dad 3 years ago and then life really snowballed after that. 

Closing down my businesses, unexpected infertility, generational trauma and perpetual fight or flight. That real *strength*I had to dig deep to find in those years while raising our son? It *softened* me.

It involved things I hadn’t really prioritized before like…setting boundaries without guilt, choosing nourishing foods to thank my body, slowing down instead of proving something, feeling my emotions instead of numbing them and showing up calmly, not reactively. 

I’ve also started to realize that the more I healed, the more grounded I became, gentler *and* more powerful. 

So, like I said.  You don’t have to pick one version of yourself. You’re allowed to be both. Soft and strong🌸💪🏻 Do you agree?

🥩Steak Bites with Sweet Potatoes & Chimichurri- inspired by an @unboundwellness recipe.

🍔Lightened Up Hamburger Helper- I used the delish @ambitiouskitchen recipe but used 2 pounds of pastured ground beef and GF @jovialfoods pasta. 

🐟Wild Cod Fried Fish Sandwiches- I liberally seasoned then simply dredged wild cod with GF flour, eggs and more GF flour then pan-fried in avocado oil and served with a simple dijonaise.

🍳Chicken Sausage, GF @cappellos Biscuit & Egg Casserole with Fresh Herbs and Spring Onion- we always love a breakfast for dinner!

🥚Caramelized Leek, Ham & Gruyere Strata- on my website!
