What I Meal Prepped This Week To Make the Week Easier (GF, refined sugar-free)🍝🧁🍇

Now for the meal prep:
🎃Protein Pumpkin Pancakes- I used the @simplemills boxed Pumpkin Pancake Mix and added in 2 scoops of @just.ingredients plain protein powder.

🧀Chicken, Rice & Cheese Bake- a simple layered casserole with leftover chicken, bone broth steamed rice, green chiles, frozen organic corn, black beans and green sauce inspired by @whatsgabycookin ✨

🍇Washed Fruit- I always use @branchbasics concentrate to soak by fruit then spin and dry in a salad spinner.

🫐Paleo Mini Blueberry Muffins- we had a ton of extra fresh blueberries so I made mini muffins to freeze for school lunches and snacks.

🍔Lightened Up Hamburger Helper- this came out amazing! I used @jovialfoods GF Elbow Macaroni and the @ambitiouskitchen recipe. My son ate on it all week long!
