This Loaded Baked Potato Casserole was a holiday favorite of our organic grab & go shop customers and it feeds a crowd.

Herbs wilting in the fridge aren’t dead, they’re thirsty. Trim the stems and stand them in a glass of water like flowers. A bowl of salt by the grill changes your life. Season as you go, not at the end. Flank, skirt and hanger steak are summer’s MVPs. Faster, cheaper, more flavorful than ribeye for a backyard dinner. If your burgers are dry, you’re using meat that’s too lean. 80/20 is king for juicy burgs. Macerate your berries with a little citrus zest and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes- they’ll taste extra sweet without adding sugar. Quick-pickle red onions. They go on everything in summer- tacos, burgers, salads, eggs. Stone fruit on the grill for a few minutes per side, drizzled with honey, served with whipped cream- the simplest dinner party dessert that impresses. Do we need more summer tips? 🍉
