But regulation is built on the inside first🩵
When a child feels safe, seen and helped through big feelings, they don’t become weaker-they become steadier. More self-aware. More secure in who they are and how they relate to others.

A quick blanch > long boil for spring veggies.Roast radishes, asparagus and carrots for spring dinners- not just potatoes.

Buy strawberries smaller + deeper red- flavor always beats size.
Add fresh herb leaves like dill, chives and italian parsley into salad greens for an unexpected flavor boost.
Lightly steamed veggies > raw for easier digestion.

Incorporate citrus zest or fresh herbs into your fave recipes for an instant upgrade.

Blend blanched peas into protein spreads or hummus for color + fiber.
Prep a weekly spring sauce: herb vinaigrette, dill yogurt or chimichurri.
Slice veggies smaller in spring so they cook faster with an al dente texture.

Carrots love warming spices + fat- not just sweet glazes.

Open the windows while you cook- it changes the experience and romanticizes the mundane.

Are we ready for some spring recipes?🥕🍓🫛
