✨Naming what’s happening.
✨Two quick inhales followed by a long exhale.
✨A moment of gratitude to activate the vagas nerve. 
✨Relaxing my tongue from the roof of my mouth.
✨Re-engaging my prefrontal cortex with one slow, conscious breath.
✨Softening my tone before speaking.
✨Shoulder drop + jaw release.
✨Organic peppermint essential oil on my shoulders and back of my neck.
