Red light therapy works by delivering specific wav Red light therapy works by delivering specific wavelengths of light that stimulate your mitochondria. The result is cellular repair, balanced hormones, reduced inflammation and glowing skin from the inside out👏🏻❤️

How/when I use mine:

6am daily: on my face to kickstart my circadian rhythm and more anti-aging.
🚨Morning red light helps your cells start producing ATP (cellular energy) efficiently. That boost in energy helps your metabolism and overall body systems sync up with your daily rhythm.
🚨Red light penetrates the skin and stimulates fibroblast cells, which are responsible for producing collagen and elastin. Over time, that means smoother skin, fewer fine lines and firmer texture.

8pm daily:
🚨On my thyroid to increase antioxidant activity, which can calm inflammation in thyroid tissue and help with balancing autoimmune activity.
🚨On the back of my neck for relaxation🧘🏼‍♀️
🚨Atop my castor oil liver pack to help with detoxification from the day.

As needed: to help with any sore muscles, cramps, headaches or aches and pains 💪🏻

My favorite @lumeboxpro is having an enormous 50% off biggest sale of the year🚨 Comment LIGHT and I’ll send the link over. And it’s independently tested to outperform the leading portable red light device👏🏻

Do you love red light therapy? 🚨

Repeat after me, a child’s brain is not fully deve Repeat after me, a child’s brain is not fully developed until they are in their MID-TWENTIES 🧠

Demanding immediate obedience can look like “respect”… but often it’s an adult nervous system trying to regain control, (many times stemming from their own past triggers.)

When kids are melting down or not listening, they’re not thinking logically…they’re in a stress response. The emotional brain is in charge, and the part responsible for reasoning goes offline.

So when we push for instant obedience in that moment, it’s often not about teaching…it’s about soothing our own discomfort. That’s the ego piece.

My goal isn’t a child who obeys instantly. It’s a child who feels safe enough to listen, learn and regulate over time.

Sometimes it’s not disobedience…it’s two nervous systems, and only one is fully developed 🛎️ Do you agree?
Your knife is dull- that’s why meal prep feels mis Your knife is dull- that’s why meal prep feels miserable.

You’re flipping your protein too soon…leave it alone and let it brown.

Mix hot roasted veggies with raw shaved ones for contrast in salads & sides.

Out-of-season produce will rarely taste impressive and typically costs more. Shop in season!

Asparagus isn’t meant to be soft- stop overcooking it.

Fresh herbs shine when added at the end, not when they get cooked to death.

You don’t need more recipes- you need better basics.

Your “healthy” meal is likely missing fat, that’s why it’s not satisfying.

Peas don’t need much- salt, a touch of lemon zest and good fat = tons of flavor.

Measuring exactly in savory cooking is holding you back from broadening your comfort and instinct🙌🏻

Do we need a Part 9?👩🏼‍🍳
