Herbs wilting in the fridge aren’t dead, they’re thirsty. Trim the stems and stand them in a glass of water like flowers. A bowl of salt by the grill changes your life. If your burgers are dry, you’re using meat that’s too lean. 80/20 is king for juicy burgs.
