Here’s why it’s been a game-changer for my inflamm Here’s why it’s been a game-changer for my inflammation and detox👇🏻

💦 Sweat = a natural detox pathway. Your skin is your largest organ, and sweating helps release heavy metals, BPA and other toxins that burden the body.

🔥 Heat stress = cellular repair. Regular sauna use activates heat shock proteins that repair damaged proteins and protect your cells from oxidative stress.

❤️ Circulation boost = reduced inflammation. The heat causes your blood vessels to dilate, increasing oxygen and nutrient delivery while lowering systemic inflammation markers over time.

🧠 Nervous system reset. Sauna encourages parasympathetic activation (rest + digest mode), lowering cortisol levels and helping the body actually heal.

Since making it part of my weekly routine, I’ve noticed: deeper sleep, less puffiness, calmer moods and a glow✨

It’s proof that sometimes the simplest and consistent habits- create the biggest shifts in health✨ Are you a sauna fan?
This is my version of those Viral Sheet Pan Beef K This is my version of those Viral Sheet Pan Beef Kebab Wraps and they have been a family staple for years!🌯

A super flavorful ground beef mixture that cooks quickly and is piled high with yogurt, a Greek salad and GF tortillas for the yummiest, high-protein dinner.

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send it over🌯
Stock your fridge like your future self is tired a Stock your fridge like your future self is tired and busy (because she likely is).

Keep a running list on your phone of 10 meals everyone eats: rotate instead of reinventing the wheel.

Double protein when you make a meal- tomorrow’s lunch is done.

Shop the perimeter of the grocery store, but don’t ignore high-quality packaged staples.

Wash and prep produce right away so it actually gets eaten.

Keep one “always ready” veggie: baby carrots, cucumbers, sugar snap peas, or frozen green beans.

Put sauces and dips on the table- kids eat more when they can dip.

Batch cook breakfast proteins on the weekends (egg muffins, protein pancakes, hard-boiled eggs) to reduce morning stress.

Use sheet pan dinners once a week- protein + veg + fat + seasoning, done.

Make sure to always have at least *one* prepared freezer meal locked and loaded in case the week turns sideways or someone gets sick.
