DETAILS🌸👇🏻 Florals: @centralmarket on No DETAILS🌸👇🏻 Florals: @centralmarket on North Lamar. They were just stunning!🌸 Coffee @texasfrenchbreada- an Austin staple and childhood fave. Exciting news! Their rebuild will take place this year. Brunch: @eatwellatx for a delish GF, seed-oil free, organic & local experience. We ordered the Strawberry Matcha, Oat Pancakes with Cashew Butter, Breakfast Tacos with Bacon & Texas Wagyu Steak & Eggs. After I was back home for some R&R, and my fave non-toxic @calyanwaxco candle, I got our groceries organized and did a little meal prep. My Tip for starting the week off confident and relaxed:  ⭐️Prepping a nourishing Monday dinner on Sunday!⭐️ You’ll be so happy you did, come Monday, especially after a special but frazzled day like today. Happy Mother’s Day to all and to those who are also grieving the day. You are not alone🫶🏻🩷

Recipe in my EBOOK🩷 ⭐️Make sure to give height to platters for visual interest and add in-season produce like a radish bunch or grape clusters. Also, invest in heavy duty wooden skewers for sliders and add a skewered garnish like a grape to let people know what’s in the sandwich filling. I know it’s a touchy subject but I feel like I c I know it’s a touchy subject but I feel like I can comment on it, because I did it. I made the choice to spend extra money on quality proteins like wild-caught fish and organic pastured chicken and use oils like olive oil and avocado oil. It was not a cheap choice, but I wasn’t going to serve something to my customers that I wouldn’t feed myself or my family. Nowadays, people are learning more about what goes into our meals and some restaurants are catching on. For me, if the restaurant spends more money and attention on the decor and exclusivity of their spot over the quality of the ingredients they are cooking with, it’s a no for me. Anyone else?
