For me, it all started after losing my dad 3 years For me, it all started after losing my dad 3 years ago and then life really snowballed after that. Closing down my businesses, unexpected infertility, generational trauma and perpetual fight or flight. That real *strength*I had to dig deep to find in those years while raising our son? It *softened* me. It involved things I hadn’t really prioritized before like…setting boundaries without guilt, choosing nourishing foods to thank my body, slowing down instead of proving something, feeling my emotions instead of numbing them and showing up calmly, not reactively. I’ve also started to realize that the more I healed, the more grounded I became, gentler *and* more powerful. So, like I said. You don’t have to pick one version of yourself.
