It sold instantly at my organic shop. And the two secret ingredients are unexpected- orange peel and really good olive. The zest doesn’t make it taste like orange. It makes it taste like the best version of guacamole- brighter, more dimensional, somehow more itself. The olive oil adds depth, richness and fruitiness.
