If you aren’t roasting at *at least* 400° or higher, you aren’t caramelizing. Salt your salad greens before dressing them. Game changer. If your eggs are rubbery, your heat is too high. Eggs continue to cook even off the heat. Brown your butter for cookies. Always. Marinate with yogurt for the most tender chicken ever. Shave your carrots instead of chopping them for raw salads.
