🎃Grain-Free Pumpkin Bread: I used the @simplemills Pumpkin Muffin Mix and added orange zest, pumpkin puree and pumpkin seeds atop.

🍲Pot Roast: I dredged chuck roast with plenty of s&p then dredged in arrowroot and seared. Wine to deglaze, bone broth, veggies & herbs then off to the slow cooker!
