Meet your new show-stopping fall dessert: Blood Or Meet your new show-stopping fall dessert: Blood Orange & Pumpkin Semifreddo Bars✨ Elegant enough for entertaining, nourishing enough to enjoy any day.

They’re gluten-free, grain-free, refined sugar free, and secretly high-protein — but all your guests will taste is creamy, dreamy fall flavor. 🍂

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send it over. Would you serve this instead of pumpkin pie?🍊
Had to jump on this trend 😆 and I know salads w Had to jump on this trend 😆 and I know salads will get the most questions regarding why it’s NOT one of my favorite things. Here’s why…

1. Most restaurants don’t follow the dirty dozen so greens and veggies can be laden with pesticides.

2. Eating a bunch of raw veggies is difficult for the digestive system and can interfere with the gut lining-it can be especially difficult for women with thyroid issues. No, they aren’t “bad,” of course, but focusing more on cooked veggies is gentler for tired & stressed moms with hormonal imbalances.

3. Most salads only contain a 1/2 portion of protein, if that, although they are assumed to be a “healthier” option for many. For me, a whole piece of protein, (at least 6oz) like a bunless burger or grilled chicken with a side of cooked veggies is the better bet and will keep you fuller longer.

What are some of your not so favorite things?🤪 Let me know if you have questions about any others!👊🏻
The 5 Things👇🏻🩷✨ Daily weights & walks The 5 Things👇🏻🩷✨

Daily weights & walks- the simplest and most effective way to regulate your nervous system, decrease body fat and gain muscle, in my opinion.

Cutting out alcohol- in my opinion, you can never truly heal with alcohol in your system. It wrecks your hormones, interrupts sleep, increases disease risk and rewires your brain.

Going to therapy- here’s the truth- as much as we want to solve things on our own and don’t think we need help, that’s often the biggest sign that we *do* need it.

Cancelling plans- my FOMO has turned into JOMO. And I’m left more grounded and calm.

Going to sleep early- No, I’m not able to finish a second episode of Love is Blind😭, but yes, It’s much better for my hormones and nervous system😉

What’s an unglamorous thing that helped YOU heal?🩷✨
