Fresh Vanilla Hemp Milk
Ingredients
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup organic hulled hemp seeds
- pinch of pink himalayan or flaky sea salt
- a couple sprinklings of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or a few dates for whole30
Instructions
- add filtered water, hemp seeds, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and maple to a high-speed blender. blend on high at least 1 minute until milk is frothy and creamy.
- pour the hemp milk into a sealable container or mason jars.
- chill until very cold, at least several hours, before enjoying. the milk tastes fresh up to 4 days in the fridge.
