🍎Supporting Restaurants that show *care* in ingredients- this is really important to me. If a restaurant goes the extra mile to focus on sustainable and local ingredients and cooking with clean oils, they have me as a customer👏🏻 (picture from @eatwellatx)

🧁Mini ½ Birthday Celebrations- this is a simple way that I can romanticize life and appeal to my inner child. Of course, my 4.5 year-old son adores it too!
 
🦴Bone Broth before Bed- I’m currently in my gut-supporting era and as long as you don’t have a histamine intolerance, bone broth is full of collagen and gelatin which can help strengthen and repair the gut lining as well as reduce inflammation. 

🫘Fancy 7 Layer Dip- my homage to that classic 7 layer dip that we all know and love- but elevated for game day. Dropping this Sunday! 👀 

🥣Sunday Meal Prep- has become my weekly non-negotiable to keep me eating clean and lowering my anxiety on busier weekdays. 

🍲Clean Ingredient Dinner Shortcuts- delicious comfort foods don’t have to be packed full of paragraphs of ingredients and additives! Look for simple 2-ingredient options like these @rootsfarmfresh tater tots- only organic potatoes and organic avocado oil makes weeknight dinner a breeze. 

👩🏼‍🍳Cooking with my 4YO- my son has really expressed an interest in helping me cook the last several months. I’ve found when we cook together- like these Crunchy Beef & Bean Tacos (from my site), he eats more adventurously and shows more curiosity. 

🍎Nutrient-Dense Seasonal Desserts- there is nothing cozier than a warm bowl of cobbler- even moreso with seasonal autumn apples and pears. This gluten-free and refined sugar-free treat is brand new on my site👀 

🌙A Sacred Nighttime Routine- prioritizing sleep is sacred for me and so is my nighttime routine.
