150g protein, 20 grams of fiber and keeping me full & nourished throughout the day. 

7am: BREAKFAST
Pastured Scrambled @vitalfarms Eggs cooked in Pastured Butter
Grain-Free Cinnamon Raisin Toast from @baseculture with pastured butter & honey

Salted Caramel Protein Latte with @purity_coffee @justingredients Creatine & Salted Caramel Protein, @perfectsupplements collagen and a blend of organic adaptogenic mushrooms for brain health with a tab of pastured butter and a splash of pure maple.

Rewind 15 years ago- I don’t miss those days, bu Rewind 15 years ago- I don’t miss those days, but I sure loved them. I would wrap up very late night with something like a quick steak with veggies for dinner. That, or frozen veggie potstickers that I would eat by the dozen🥟

Blood sugar friendlier bedside table sweets: I love having some sweets packed with fiber & healthy fats @dailycrunch_snacks @hukitchen 

Beach & Lake essentials: love this @beautybyearth non-toxic self tanner, @queenofthethrones organic castor oil and my new @koalastraw stainless steel straw that fits right in my @owala. 

Infrared Sauna: my favorite non-negotiable obsession- even in the summer months. Infrared saunas can help reduce inflammation, ease joint and muscle pain, and support detoxification, making them especially beneficial for women with autoimmune conditions. I also feel like superwoman and sleep like a dream after. 

The best non-toxic produce cleaner: I love my @branchbasics especially during cherry & stone fruit season. 

Meal prepping before a vacay: this made breakfast and lunchtime while on vacation with family so much more streamlined.

Seasonal fruit: I make it a priority to embrace seasonal produce while it’s at its peak. Apricots, peaches and cherries were plentiful and taste amazing right now. 

Grounding: Grounding barefoot in the sand and spending time by the ocean can reduce stress, boost mood, and support better sleep by regulating your nervous system and exposing you to calming negative ions. 

No-guilt dining: We enjoyed GF Truffle Pasta & Pistachio Gelato one evening at the beach with no regrets 💯
