This Patriotic Cherry Plum Trifle is so festive, seasonal and delicious, gluten-free, grain-free and refined sugar free.

DETAILS👇🏻 This is also the best way to clean DETAILS👇🏻 This is also the best way to clean out your fridge before you travel 🚙 I packed everything in a pre-chilled @yeti with extra ice packs for our 3-4 hour drive to the beach. 🍊Cranberry Orange Chicken Salad (in my EBOOK) 🍫Paleo Brownie Batter Bark (a @rachlmansfield recipe) 🍏Mom’s Apple Lemon Tuna Salad (on my site) I also added hard boiled @vitalfarms eggs and grated carrots. 🥕Pastured Beef with Veggies (a no recipe recipe) Brown 2 lbs of pastured ground beef with seasonings and onion. Add grated veggies like carrots and zucchini and some fresh garlic. Saute then add 1/4 cup coconut aminos and about a cup of chicken or beef broth. Simmer for 15-20 then stir in 1-2 Tablespoons of tapioca powder at the end to create a gravy-like sauce consistency. If kiddos are given a sweet treat like a cookie stand alone, it will spike blood sugar which can lead to hyperactivity, tantrums, meltdowns and more. RECIPE🍒🍫🍧 Cherry Garcia Overnight Oats ( RECIPE🍒🍫🍧 Cherry Garcia Overnight Oats (yields 8 portions) 3 cups GF rolled oats (I used @bobsredmill) 3.5 cups coconut or almond milk (I used @threetreesfoods almond milk) 2 scoops (or servings) chocolate protein powder (I used @paleovalley) 2 scoops (or servings) powdered collagen (I just @perfectsupplements) 2 Tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon mineral salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup honey 1 Tablespoon MCT coconut oil 1/4 cup cashew butter 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used @lilys_sweets no sugar added) 2/3 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped, plus more to garnish Mix everything up in a large bowl and chill overnight.
