These Chicken Fajita Sausage Rolls with Confetti Veggies are a fun and veggie-packed summer dinner that the whole family will love.

🎃Grain-Free Pumpkin Bread: I used the @simplemills Pumpkin Muffin Mix and added orange zest, pumpkin puree and pumpkin seeds atop. 

🍠Sloppy Jane Stuffed Sweet Potatoes: use your fave sloppy Joe or chili recipe!

🍎Apple Pie Chia Pudding: see my Autumn Meal Prep reel for the recipe. 

🍗Paleo Tempura Chicken Tenders: I used the same batter as my Paleo Fish Taco recipe (on my grid)

🥚Fluffy Pastured Egg Bites: on my site!

🍲Pot Roast: I dredged chuck roast with plenty of s&p then dredged in arrowroot and seared. Wine to deglaze, bone broth, veggies & herbs then off to the slow cooker!
