11am snack:

2 Brazil Nuts (to help support my hormones)
I also had some organic blackberries!

1pm lunch:
Leftover Asian Turkey Meatballs, Broccoli & Mushrooms with a @vitalfarms Fried Egg & @getsidedish Creamy Sesame sauce. Use CALLIE15 for a discount👌🏻

6pm:
Pastured Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Casserole with a homemade wild mushroom sauce. Should I write up a recipe on this?

To be fair, Mary Margaret was an OG 80’s Austin Mom shopping Wheatsville Co-Op, Texas French Bread and Central Market because back then- she still knew that ingredients mattered 👏🏻

But what she bought in the 80’s is completely different than what it is today. 5 ingredient lists on food packages have now turned to 40 ingredient lists.

The respect my mom has for our food choices is certainly evident when we open her pantry, and I’m so grateful for that support!🫶🏻
