Boneless, skinless chicken breasts aren’t boring. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts aren’t boring. Your seasoning/lack of marinade is.

If you aren’t roasting at *at least* 400° or higher, you aren’t caramelizing.

Salt your salad greens before dressing them. Game changer.

If your eggs are rubbery, your heat is too high. Eggs continue to cook even off the heat.

Brown your butter for cookies. Always.

Marinate with yogurt for the most tender chicken ever.

Shave your carrots instead of chopping them for raw salads. They absorb flavor better.

If your veggies are soggy, you crowded the pan.

Add crunch to everything. Texture is half of the dining experience.

Salt tomatoes and let them sit 10 minutes before serving for more concentrated flavor.

Always slightly underbake cookies. Let carryover heat finish them.

Cooking will always feel frantic if you don’t prep your ingredients/read through your recipe before you begin.

We ready for a Part 8?🤩

Around 38, I finally understood something no one e Around 38, I finally understood something no one explained earlier. Hormones don’t just respond to what you eat. They respond to the life you’re living.

Now at almost 41, I realize this is fundamental to aging and all the hormonal changes that begin to happen.

Chronic stress raises cortisol. Under-fueling disrupts thyroid and reproductive hormones. Muscle loss impacts insulin sensitivity. Poor sleep alters appetite and metabolic hormones.

Healing mine looked less like “trying harder” and more like supporting the systems that regulate them: light☀️, nourishment🥩, muscle💪🏻, boundaries❌ and deep rest🌙

Your body is always adapting. SAVE this when you need some reminders to get things back in balance🫶🏻
