My Christmas wish for myself this year- trying to stay more present✌🏻

I know it’s the holidays and we have all of the fun event invitations, but prioritizing the *polite decline* always reigns supreme for my mental health🧘🏼‍♀️

Without the constant hustle and bustle, I’m able to actually stay *more present* when choosing a few festive things here and there and not feel as frazzled for what’s coming up next.

Of course, easier said than done but this is our first Christmas without really entertaining or traveling much so I’m going to try and make it count✨
