I read a brilliant book that changed my subconscious thinking about it and that was it. I truly haven’t missed out. I also stopped glamorizing alcohol in my mind. Once my subconscious believed it had nothing real to offer me, I lost the desire completely✨ Would I ever have a glass of wine in the future? Sure. If I’m feeling happy and relaxed and *truly* want one, I will. But I haven’t. Comment BOOK and I’ll send the book over. Prepping Monday’s dinner on a Sunday always starts off my week with low anxiety! 🍫4 Ingredient Brownie Batter Bark- @rachlmansfield recipe 🍋Mom’s Apple Lemon Tuna Salad (on my site) 🥚Hard-cooked Eggs- I add my eggs carefully to boiling water and simmer for 10 min then ice bath. 🍌Banana Split Protein Balls (on my site) 🍝Viral Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks- ok, these were bomb. Simple roll a cheese stick with some pepperoni, italian seasoning into a tortilla then air fry until crispy and melty. Serve with warm marinara sauce. 🌻Costco Floral Arrangements- I like to turn one big arrangement into two! Let me know what you want me to meal prep next!🥣

I packed: @chomps meat sticks @justingredients protein snack bars @jooliesdates energy bites @justingredients electrolytes @beekeepers_naturals for immune support 📍Don’t rely on airport snacks but learn to identify the cleaner ingredient options. 📍Focus on hydration: electrolytes, lower sugar cocktails, filtered water. 📍Tell your server you are GF- don’t assume something is GF.
