Toasted Coconut Mocha Protein Milkshake
This Toasted Coconut Mocha Protein Milkshake is a protein, veggie & nutrient-rich frozen treat that tastes just like a decadent milkshake.
- 1 ¼ cups canned full-fat coconut milk, the white portion
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 1 serving powdered unflavored collagen
- ¼ cup leftover brewed coffee or cold brew chilled or room temperature
- ¼ cup toasted flaked coconut plus more for garnish
- 1 cup ice
- 1 avocado half from a medium avocado
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
In a nutribullet or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until very smooth, 45-60 seconds.
Add a splash of cold filtered water if you need to thin out mixture.
Serve immediately garnished with more toasted coconut flakes.
