Strawberry Lavender Protein Milkshake
This Strawberry Lavender Protein Milkshake is the perfect springtime treat full of sweet strawberries, vanilla and a honey lavender syrup.
- 1.5 cup frozen strawberries plus more, for garnish
- one 13.5 oz can of full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- ¼ teaspoon mineral salt
- 1 serving collagen
Honey Lavender Syrup:
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon dried lavender
- 1 Tablespoon filtered water
Start by making the Honey Lavender Syrup. Combine all syrup ingredients in a small saucepan and warm over medium high heat until bubbling, 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a nutribullet or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients including cooled syrup, and process until very smooth, 45-60 seconds.
Add a splash of cold filtered water if you need to thin out mixture.
Serve immediately garnished with a couple strawberries and a sprinkling of dried lavender.
