Ranch Roasted Cauliflower
This Ranch Roasted Cauliflower is a cinch to make, addictive to eat, and a fun new side dish that the entire family will devour.
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into individual florets
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ¾ teaspoon mineral salt
- 20 grounds of freshly-cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. To the sheet pan, add cauliflower florets, olive oil and spices. Toss until well coated and pat down in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes until cauliflower is beginning to brown and caramelize. Remove from oven and toss cauliflower then bake an additional 5-10 minutes until browned and softened.
