Peach Bellini Protein Smoothie
This Peach Bellini Protein Smoothie boasts flavors of a traditional peach bellini drink and is chock-full of nourishing ingredients.
- 1.5 cups frozen sliced peaches plus more for garnish
- ½ medium banana
- 1.25 cups canned coconut milk the white portion
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving powdered collagen
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 20 fresh mint leaves plus 2 sprigs to garnish
In a nutribullet or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients, minus garnishes, and process until very smooth, 45-60 seconds.
Add a splash of cold filtered water if you need to thin out mixture.
Serve immediately garnished with a sprig of fresh mint and a peach slice.
